In order to streamline requests and better serve you, we utilize an RMA ticket system. Every RMA request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your RMA requests. A valid email address is required.
N.B. RMA numbers are valid 5 business days once approved.Product must be returned complete and in original packaging.Credit will be issued on defective product within 5 days of receipt by client, after which items fall under warranty replacement/repair coverage. If a replacement order warrants crediting for defective product, this must be stated in the original request. Shipper is responsible for proper packaging of returns. No credit will be issued if returned goods are damaged due to improper packaging.Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of minimum 25% or $50
